Saanjh Sparsh Trust, a compassionate arm of the Fresheco Foundation, is built on the belief that the elderly deserve respect, care, and a life filled with dignity and connection. The name “Saanjh Sparsh” translates to “Evening Touch”, a poetic reflection of our mission to support those in the evening phase of their lives with warmth, love, and human dignity.

As families become more fragmented and urban lifestyles grow more demanding, many senior citizens — especially in rural and semi-urban India — face loneliness, neglect, and a lack of proper medical or emotional support. Saanjh Sparsh Trust is committed to reversing this with purposeful, structured interventions.

Our core programs include:

• Senior Citizen Wellness Camps (Health checkups, Ayurvedic therapy, and general care)

• Elder Day Care Centres & Community Interaction Programs

• Basic Digital Literacy for Elderly — to connect them with families and resources

• Monthly Nutrition & Hygiene Kit Distribution for Abandoned or Widowed Elders

• Spiritual Well-being Events, Bhajan Sandhyas, and Festive Celebrations

  
  

We also support intergenerational bonding programs, connecting children from Udaan Shiksha with elders from Saanjh Sparsh, creating a fabric of shared learning, love, and wisdom.
